Rough film animation test 01

Working on the first couple of scenes in my film. Just the initial poses with very rough timing so far. Just wanted to document I am indeed working on this... :D

Captain Hooks...

Our latest life drawing assignment is to draw Captain Hook from Disney's Peter Pan. Not just draw him, LEARN him so we can draw a life model as him without reference... Via a minimum of 10 head shots and 8 body shots. Whee... I don't mind the character, he's pretty fun actually; the movie though? I'd never seen it in full until today... Yikes. Racist, sexist, teenage-boy-jerkness..A good movie to watch frame by frame with no sound :/

But onto the drawings. Not done yet, just the first few:

Leo Turnaround

The final character. He's still in the roughs of rigging, but he moves... I know cat tails don't swish around like that, but I wanted something interesting for his idle... I'd like to redo it when the rig is more finalized.
